Simply a trained owner! I recommend this place for those looking for typical Umbrian products, they have many and various types, from cheese to wine to delicious oil and various sweets. The owner explained each product to us in detail and was also kind enough to let us try the cheese, so he opened it before our eyes, I want to emphasize the latter because not everyone unwraps a cheese again for tasting! Thanks for everything we will see you again soon.
