A bit out of the way in spectacular scenery but not overcrowded. Crystal clear (quite fresh) water and plenty of opportunity to jump off rocks. Restaurant, parking, reasonable toilet on site...

The cirque is best viewed along the roads from St Maurice Navacelles (the winding D130/717 to Blandas. Tthese are extremely narrow mountainous roads, so need careful navigation. The Vis river eroded..... more

Awesome Nature, awesome POI, ever you are in south of France,and you are interrested in Canyons and Rocks, or never you have seen the Grand Canyon in the USA, you will get a very well feeling how it will be. The cirque de Navacelles gives a really good feeling how nature can form this canyon and the high rocks to drive with a car are amazing. I can only recommend this POI with highly priority to see, its amazing. Come,see and feel the nature

An absolutely stunning place, so many paths and beautiful views, but I almost had a heart attack, driving up the HUGE mountain in a 3.5 tonne vehicle. Amazing, but if you're scared of heights it will test you
