Butte de Montsec is an aesthetically designed monument located on an isolated hill. The monument stands as a commemoration of the achievements of the soldiers who fought in the region. The landscape around the monument covers a vast area. The monument comprises a circular colonnade and has a broad approaching stairway. In the center is a bronze-coated map that illustrates the military operations that had taken place there. The garden area surrounding the monument makes for a good pathway.
