The Bastion cannot substitute the large Cocteau museum, which is closed now, of course, but it is a very atmospheric place that is worth to visit on its own. A good selection of Cacteau-related items in the shop. Nice welcoming staff.

Beautiful space for an exhibition though I would rather more correct lighting since the building lacks of natural light. The welcome was very pleasant from the staff and the little gift shop had interesting works of Cocteau for souvenirs. In contrast of many museums this is small, estimate less than an hour to go around, except if you want to dive into Cocteau world.
