Loads of activities to keep all happy or just walk round the paths which cost you nothing. Good clean toilets at Casino end and cafes never far away.

Beautiful lake up in the Vosges even on a grey-ish day! Has an amazing long walk around the whole lake which apparently takes 3.5hrs (I suspect it might be a lot less for someone fit and without kids.... more

Small but nice lake, enough to spend couple of days of vacation here. Can rent the pedal boat to have a short look around (1 hour 16€). Or just walk on it's perimeter, won't take longer than few hours. Camp is there too, also you can find a casino and cozy tables with benches for a picnic. The lake itself is quite clean, allowed to fish and swim.

Beautiful place to watch the sunset. Nearby is a nice playground that is suitable not only for big kids but also for toddlers.
