  • Wow! Not your normal cellar door (well by my Kiwi, Aussie and USA experiences! A huge warehouse of wine and tastings galore. Generous wine tastings available by the nice young woman on duty...

  • We love wine. We love wineries. Wine-lovers will be very happy with a visit to charming Eguisheim. One of the big names is definitely Wolfberger. Red, White, Rosé, sweet wine, liquors, Crèmants. They have it all. The tasting room is a very classy and modern affair. Friendly staff with great knowledge of their products. Even our Bulldog was allowed in the tasting room/shop. Thanks for that. We sampled three glasses each. Three samples a person are free. How cool is that. The Riesling Cuvée des Seigneurs was a real treat. Got one of that, two of their fruity liquors and a bottle of aged sweet wine (a bit more pricey, but goes well with Foie Gras!). And of course some of their Crèmants: The Brut and the Crémant d'Alsace Rosé. Prices here are - for this quality - very fair. A really enjoyable visit.
  • Horrible wine tasting experience. No passions at all of the girl with the panther skirt, no questions asked and no information about the wines. It was not busy at all, it was just arrogance. Super unfortunate as their wines are not that bad
