This tour is both expensive and exclusive. It is though, worth the money in my opinion with the excellent tour guide explaining the whole process of how this premier product is made and the Bollinger.... more

Great visit! Really thorough visit through the cellars and productions areas. As well as a visit to a clos nearby and the area where the barrels are fixed. After learning about the history and touring the production area we enjoyed a tasting of 5 wines in a small tasting room, 2 non-vintage and 3 vintage champagnes. One of the best tours we’ve been on.

Ok. I should give Bollinger 4.5 stars simply because the experience is not as touristy as Taittinger. And you need to get to the city of Ay which is beautiful as wine towns get. But Denis Bunner is a great guide and Bollinger is a great champagne. If you can get a private tour, go for it!
