Very good surprise! This shop, initially specializing in salmon and caviar, offers super refined sandwiches… smoked salmon, crab, taramasalata and super fresh little salads to eat in or take away… Worth the detour for a snack! Super friendly staff as well 😉

I discovered this place thanks to a site which announced: "a free tasting". All you had to do was register and choose a time slot. What I did, because I love to discover new professionals. So I went there on December 1st. First of all, the welcome is very friendly. Then the manager of this business asked me to choose what I would like to taste. I chose the salmon. So he perfectly explained to me the different salmon he offered. You can see them on the price in the photo. Then he arrives with three kinds of salmon to taste, very pleasantly presented. So I had the chance to taste: an organic salmon, a 1/2 smoked salmon with pepper and a wild salmon. All accompanied by a delicious white wine, also offered. My preference was for the first organic salmon. They were all three very good. What I appreciated above all is to see, in front of me, a passionate professional. Which gave explanations on each product offered but also advice. This week he is also offering foie gras. Reservations are strongly recommended for holiday shopping. For my part, I am very happy to know this little nugget.
