You'll progress through the Danish art periods, from the Golden Age to the Modern Breakthrough. The collection is housed in a small neoclassical building, which adds to the museum's atmosphere. • This collection was excellent. Many works that are very powerful. Special exhibition of the work of Bertha Wegmann introduced me to a phenomenal artist I had never experienced.
  • Unfortunately we didn't have time to go in and see the exhibits and only visited the shop to see if they had any Kroner posters. They didn't and the shop was very small. But will definitely do a proper visit next time we're in Copenhagen
