Train World is a railway museum in Brussels, Belgium, and the official museum of the National Railway Company of Belgium. It is situated in the preserved buildings of Schaarbeek railway station and in a new shed built to its north. Although scheduled to open in 2014, its opening was delayed until September 2015. The Museum was solemnly opened by King Philippe.

Amazing museum,very interesting exhibition for all the family!!I strongly recommend it!!it requires a couple of hours minimum but you won't get tired at all.

We had a good visit to Train World. It goes on for ever. Loads to see, but is a bit dark in places, so photos are not as good. Sometimes a lack of English, so didn't know all the information, managed.... more

It was overall a great experience. Definitely a recommended visit. The layout and explanations of the displays are well thought out. It could do with a little more 'hands on' activities for the younger kids (3 - 6 years), although that's only to slow them down so Dad can actually see something 😉.

Fantastic Experience suitable for all ages, multiple exhibits to look at, however during my visit they had the orient express special. It was brilliant to see the coaches, seated and dining/bar, so opulent and historic, if only i could afford to take a journey next! Other exhibits include, steam, war, holocaust and working/industry, modern locomotives. Has a lovely gift shop and unique rail simulator for you to try. Tickets as of March 2022 are €14 adult and €11 euro for disabled, various other discount options available.
