Turin to Milan is an approximately 1.5-hour train ride. You can also drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Turin in October, you will find days in Milan are somewhat warmer (21°C), and nights are about the same (13°C). Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Wed) to allow time to take a train to Turin.
