Considered a cultural, artistic, and architectural jewel of Italy, Florence is the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance.Do some cultural sightseeing at Piazzale Michelangelo and Castello del Trebbio. Venture out of the city with trips to Siena (Take Me Out in Tuscany & Piazza del Campo). And it doesn't end there: admire the masterpieces at Gallerie Degli Uffizi, take in the spiritual surroundings of The Baptistery of St. John, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and examine the collection at Pitti Palace.

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.Start off your visit on the 7th (Wed): take some stellar pictures from Basilica of Superga, then view the masterpieces at Reggia di Venaria Reale, and then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Sacra di San Michele. On the next day, admire the masterpieces at Museo Egizio, contemplate the long history of Duomo di Torino e Cappella della Sacra Sindone, and then examine the collection at Museo Nazionale del Cinema.
