City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Step out of the city life by going to Lake Orta and Cervino Breuil-Cervinia Ski Area. Kids will enjoy Museo Nazionale del Cinema and Museo Egizio. Get out of town with these interesting Turin side-trips: Serravalle Designer Outlet (in Serravalle Scrivia) and Spiaggia Miami (in Orta San Giulio). The adventure continues: catch a live event at Juventus Stadium, stroll around Parco del Valentino, see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Parrocchia San Giovanni.

To find reviews, maps, other places to visit, and other tourist information, refer to the Turin road trip planning app.

If you are flying in from France, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In April, daily temperatures in Turin can reach 17°C, while at night they dip to 9°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 1st (Tue) to allow enough time to travel back home.
