City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
You'll discover tucked-away gems like Castello di Issogne and Castello e Parco di Masino. For shopping fun, head to Via Roma or Galleria Sabauda. Venture out of the city with trips to Castello Reale di Sarre (in Sarre), Castello di Verres (in Verres) and River Rafting & Tubing (in La Salle). Next up on the itinerary: don't miss a visit to Chiesa di Santa Maria del Monte dei Cappuccini, take in the spiritual surroundings of Collegiata dei Santi Pietro e Orso, get engrossed in the history at Musei Reali, and learn about all things military at Museo Forte Bramafam.

If you are flying in from Canada, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In May in Turin, expect temperatures between 20°C during the day and 12°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 28th (Tue) to allow time for travel back home.
