City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Step off the beaten path and head to Azienda Agricola Ca Neuva and Cantina Fontechiara. Venture out of the city with trips to Panchina blu di Chris Bangle (in Clavesana), Santuario Basilica di Montis Regalis (in Vicoforte) and Marchesi di Barolo - Sede legale, magazzini e spedizioni (in Barolo). There's much more to do: shop like a local with Via Roma, learn about winemaking at Azienda Agricola Cortino Produttori Dianesi, see where the action happens at Juventus Stadium, and take a stroll through Quadrilatero Romano.

To find where to stay, more things to do, maps, and other tourist information, you can read our Turin road trip app.

If you are flying in from United States, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In April in Turin, expect temperatures between 59°F during the day and 47°F at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 25th (Thu) early enough to travel back home.
