City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Get a sense of the local culture at Museo Egizio and Basilica of Superga. Museo Nazionale del Cinema and Forte di Bard will appeal to museum buffs. Venture out of the city with trips to Serravalle Designer Outlet (in Serravalle Scrivia), Cervino Breuil-Cervinia Ski Area (in Breuil-Cervinia) and Ferraris Agricola (in Castagnole Monferrato). Next up on the itinerary: see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, don't miss a visit to Piazza San Carlo, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Parrocchia San Giovanni, and contemplate the long history of Palazzo Reale.

Plan my trip to Turin with suggested itineraries provided by Inspirock.

If you are flying in from Germany, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. March in Turin sees daily highs of 11°C and lows of 5°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 2nd (Mon) early enough to travel back home.
