City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Get a sense of the local culture at Castello di Grinzane Cavour and Ricetto di Candelo. Appreciate the collections at Museo Pietro Micca e dell'assedio di Torino del 1706 and Museum of the Risorgimento. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Turin: Marchesi di Barolo - Sede legale, magazzini e spedizioni (in Barolo), Santuario di Oropa (in Oropa) and Castello di Serralunga d'Alba (in Serralunga d'Alba). And it doesn't end there: step into the grandiose world of Castello di Issogne, admire the landmark architecture of Aosta Old Town, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Santuario Basilica di Montis Regalis, and get engrossed in the history at Museo Egizio.
