A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
You'll find plenty of places to visit near Turin: Sacra di San Michele (in Sant'Ambrogio di Torino), Team Adventure (in Cumiana) and La Venaria Reale (in Venaria Reale). There's still lots to do: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Basilica di Superga, take in nature's colorful creations at Parco del Valentino, examine the collection at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, and get engrossed in the history at Egyptian Museum of Turin.

If you are flying in from Bulgaria, the closest major airports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Cuneo International Airport. In May in Turin, expect temperatures between 24°C during the day and 15°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 11th (Thu) so you can travel back home.
