City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Venture out of the city with trips to Reggia di Venaria Reale (in Venaria Reale), Castello di Issogne (in Issogne) and Cervino Breuil-Cervinia Ski Area (in Breuil-Cervinia). There's lots more to do: see where the action happens at Juventus Stadium, get great views at Basilica of Superga, examine the collection at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, and explore the world behind art at Museo Egizio.

If you are flying in from United Kingdom, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. Expect a daytime high around 11°C in March, and nighttime lows around 5°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 14th (Thu) to allow enough time to travel back home.
