City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Kids will appreciate attractions like Museo Egizio and Museo Nazionale del Cinema. Get some historical perspective at Duomo di Torino e Cappella della Sacra Sindone and Basilica of Superga. Get out of town with these interesting Turin side-trips: Lake Orta (in Orta San Giulio), Parco Naturale del Monte San Giorgio (in Piossasco) and Reggia di Venaria Reale (in Venaria Reale). There's still lots to do: see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, catch a live event at Juventus Stadium, take in nature's colorful creations at Parco del Valentino, and test your team's savvy at popular escape rooms.

In April in Turin, expect temperatures between 17°C during the day and 9°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 17th (Mon) so you can travel back home.
