City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Appreciate the collections at Museo Egizio and Reggia di Venaria Reale. Visit Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi and Santuario della Consolata for their historical value. The adventure continues: examine the collection at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, take some stellar pictures from Basilica of Superga, walk around Parco del Valentino, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Duomo di Torino e Cappella della Sacra Sindone.

If you are flying in from United States, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In July, daytime highs in Turin are 78°F, while nighttime lows are 65°F. On the 7th (Fri), you'll have the morning to explore before heading back home.
