City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Appreciate the collections at Museo Egizio and Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile. Visit Reggia di Venaria Reale and Duomo di Torino e Cappella della Sacra Sindone for their historical value. Take a break from Turin with a short trip to Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi in Stupinigi, about 34 minutes away. The adventure continues: make a trip to Piazza San Carlo, take in the spiritual surroundings of Santuario della Consolata, admire the natural beauty at Parco del Valentino, and get great views at Basilica of Superga.

If you are flying in from United States, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In July, daytime highs in Turin are 78°F, while nighttime lows are 65°F. On the 7th (Fri), you'll have the morning to explore before heading back home.
