City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Do your shopping at Reggia di Venaria Reale and Serravalle Designer Outlet. Get some cultural insight at Museo Egizio and Basilica of Superga. Venture out of the city with trips to Ferraris Agricola (in Castagnole Monferrato) and Azienda Agricola But di Meistro Flavio (in Costigliole d'Asti). There's still lots to do: see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale del Cinema, take in the spiritual surroundings of Duomo di Torino e Cappella della Sacra Sindone, test your problem-solving skills at popular escape rooms, and don't miss a visit to Piazza San Carlo.

If you are flying in from Malta, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. Expect a daytime high around 11°C in March, and nighttime lows around 5°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 25th (Mon) so you can travel back home.
