City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
You'll discover tucked-away gems like Santuario di Oropa and Castello di Issogne. Santuario Basilica di Montis Regalis and Criptoportico Forense will appeal to history buffs. Explore Turin's surroundings by going to Castello Reale di Sarre (in Sarre), Castello e Parco di Masino (in Caravino) and Castello della Manta (in Manta). There's lots more to do: admire the masterpieces at MAO - Museo d'Arte Orientale, pause for some serene contemplation at Collegiata dei Santi Pietro e Orso, and learn about winemaking at Marchesi di Barolo - Sede legale, magazzini e spedizioni.
