City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Palazzo Reale Di Torino and Castello di Grinzane Cavour will appeal to history buffs. Head to Reggia di Venaria Reale and Mercato Centrale Torinofor plenty of shopping. There's much more to do: test your team's savvy at popular escape rooms, don't miss a visit to Piazza Vittorio Veneto, see where the action happens at Juventus Stadium, and get engrossed in the history at Museo Egizio.

For maps, other places to visit, reviews, and more tourist information, read our Turin travel itinerary planner.

If you are flying in from United States, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In November in Turin, expect temperatures between 50°F during the day and 43°F at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 2nd (Sun) early enough to travel back home.
