City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Castello e Parco di Masino and Musei Reali. Shop till you drop at Reggia di Venaria Reale and Via Roma. Venture out of the city with trips to Castello di Issogne (in Issogne) and Museo della Magia (in Cherasco). It doesn't end there: examine the collection at Museo del Carcere Le Nuove and get engrossed in the history at Museo Egizio.

To find ratings, where to stay, other places to visit, and other tourist information, you can read our Turin journey tool.

If you are flying in from Greece, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. Expect a daytime high around 11°C in March, and nighttime lows around 5°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 17th (Sun) so you can travel back home.
