City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Kids will appreciate attractions like Basilica of Superga and Piazza Castello. Step out of Turin to go to Sant'Ambrogio di Torino and see Sacra di San Michele, which is approximately 50 minutes away. And it doesn't end there: test your team's savvy at popular escape rooms, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Duomo di Torino e Cappella della Sacra Sindone, make a trip to Piazza Vittorio Veneto, and examine the collection at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile.

To see more things to do, traveler tips, reviews, and other tourist information, go to the Turin day trip app.

If you are flying in from Switzerland, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In March, daytime highs in Turin are 11°C, while nighttime lows are 5°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 1st (Sun) so you can travel back home.
