City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Head to Purpleryta and Via Romafor some retail therapy. Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Castello e Parco di Masino and Castello di Issogne. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Turin: Castello di Verres (in Verres), Abbazia di Santa Maria di Staffarda (in Staffarda) and Parco Nazionale Gran Paradiso (in Aosta). And it doesn't end there: explore the historical opulence of Castello di Serralunga d'Alba, take an in-depth tour of Museo del Carcere Le Nuove, and take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Colline di Torino.

Planning Turin trip won't be overwhelming when you use Inspirock's itinerary maker.

If you are flying in from Sweden, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In May, plan for daily highs up to 20°C, and evening lows to 12°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 11th (Sat) to allow enough time to travel back home.
