City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Go for a jaunt from Turin to Venaria Reale to see Reggia di Venaria Reale about 32 minutes away. There's much more to do: test your problem-solving skills at popular escape rooms, make a trip to Piazza Castello, examine the collection at Museo Nazionale del Cinema, and see where the action happens at Juventus Stadium.

For reviews, other places to visit, where to stay, and tourist information, refer to the Turin trip itinerary site.

If you are flying in from Germany, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In May in Turin, expect temperatures between 20°C during the day and 12°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 13th (Sat) to allow enough time to travel back home.
