City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Go for a jaunt from Turin to Milan to see Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II about 1h 30 min away. There's much more to do: take some stellar pictures from Basilica of Superga, don't miss a visit to Piazza Castello, see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale del Cinema, and explore the world behind art at Museo Egizio.

If you are flying in from United States, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. Expect a daytime high around 64°F in May, and nighttime lows around 51°F.
