Milan to Rome is an approximately 3.5-hour flight. You can also take a train; or drive. While traveling from Milan, expect a bit warmer days and about the same nights in Rome, ranging from highs of 20°C to lows of 9°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 7th (Mon) so you can travel to Nice.

Well-known for the beautiful views of its famous Promenade des Anglais waterfront, Nice is an ethnically-diverse coastal port city on the French Riviera and the fifth most populated city in France.

Getting from Rome to Nice by flight takes about 5 hours. Other options: drive; or take a train. Traveling from Rome in December, plan for somewhat warmer nights in Nice, with lows around 8°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 20th (Sun) early enough to go by car back home.
