Step off the beaten path and head to Paris Plage and Chartres Cathedral. Visiting River Seine and Île de la Cité will get you outdoors. When in Paris, make a side trip to see Palace of Versailles in Versailles, approximately 44 minutes away. Take a break from the city and head to Mullerthal Trail and Casemates du Bock. Chateau de Vianden and Luxembourg American Cemetery Memorial will appeal to history buffs.
