City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Kick off your visit on the 20th (Wed): get engrossed in the history at Museo Egizio, see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, then admire the striking features of Reggia di Venaria Reale, and finally view the masterpieces at Mostra Steve Mc Curry. On your second day here, examine the collection at Museo Nazionale del Cinema, then admire the landmark architecture of Palazzo Reale, and then take in the exciting artwork at Galleria Sabauda.

If you are flying in from United Kingdom, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In March, daily temperatures in Turin can reach 11°C, while at night they dip to 5°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 21st (Thu) to allow enough time to travel back home.
