Milan

— 16 nights

Fashion Capital of World

In many ways the most modern of Italian cities, Milan is a busy, elegant metropolis with an impressive list of grand palaces, fine churches, and important museums.
Get out of town with these interesting Milan side-trips: Chiesa di Santa Maria delle Grazie (in Grado), Santuario di Nostra Signora della Bastia (in Busalla) and Ronco Scrivia (Castello di Borgo Fornari & PG Corse Pista Ronco Kart). Next up on the itinerary: pause for some serene contemplation at Duomo di Milano, get curious at Museo Della Scienza E Della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci, get outside with Rocca dei Folli Village, and appreciate the extensive heritage of Piazza del Duomo.

To see where to stay, more things to do, photos, and more tourist information, go to the Milan online vacation builder.

If you are flying in from Sweden, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Milano Linate Airport and Milan Bergamo Airport. In July in Milan, expect temperatures between 34°C during the day and 21°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 31st (Wed) early enough to travel back home.
