In many ways the most modern of Italian cities, Milan is a busy, elegant metropolis with an impressive list of grand palaces, fine churches, and important museums.
Explore Milan's surroundings by going to Tremezzina (Villa del Balbianello & Villa Carlotta) and Verona (Torre dei Lamberti, Casa di Giulietta, &more). You'll find plenty of places to visit near Ortisei: I Giardini di Castel Trauttmansdorff (in Merano), Parco Naturale Puez Odle (in Bolzano) and Mountain Cinema Knottnkino (in Verano). Innichen is a market town and comune (municipality) in South Tyrol in northern Italy.It is located in the Puster Valley on the Drava River, about 80km northeast of Bolzano, on Italy's border with Austria. On the 22nd (Sun), stroll through Drau Cycle Route, walk around Parco Naturale Tre Cime (Dolomiti Patrimonio dell’Umanita - UNESCO), and then stroll the grounds of Cimitero Burg di San Candido.
