A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.
You've now added Eiffel Tower to your itinerary. Escape the urban bustle at Ile Saint-Louis and Île de la Cité. Do some cultural sightseeing at Basilique du Sacre-Coeur de Montmartre and Sainte-Chapelle. Start off your visit on the 2nd (Tue): get to know the fascinating history of Piazza San Marco, admire the striking features of Scala Contarini del Bovolo, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Church of San Pantalon, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Basilica di Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, and finally wander the streets of Cannaregio.

Traveling by flight from Paris to Venice takes 5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of train and flight; or drive. In June, Venice is somewhat warmer than Paris - with highs of 32°C and lows of 20°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 3rd (Wed) so you can take a train to Florence.
