Turin

— 11 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Museo Egizio and Duomo di Milano. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Turin: Milan (Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Monumental Cemetery, &more), Colle del Nivolet (in Ceresole Reale) and Parco Nazionale Gran Paradiso (in Aosta). There's much more to do: see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale del Cinema, squeeze the most out of the city with Anemos - PedalaTo, contemplate the long history of Palazzo Reale, and walk around Parco del Valentino.

If you are flying in from Germany, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. Expect a daytime high around 24°C in September, and nighttime lows around 17°C.
