Virtually unchanged for the last six centuries, Venice is actually a group of islands made famous by a series of canals, bridges, monuments, piazzas, and narrow pedestrian lanes.
Kick off your visit on the 23rd (Thu): steep yourself in history at Campo de le Gatte. On the 24th (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: stroll through Bagni Alberoni, then step into the grandiose world of Castello del Catajo, and then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Santuario Madonna della Salute Monteortone.

Portoferraio is a town and comune in the province of Livorno, on the edge of the eponymous harbour of the island of Elba. Start off your visit on the 29th (Wed): enjoy the sand and surf at Spiaggia di Cavoli and then enjoy the sand and surf at Spiaggia del Relitto. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: kick back and relax at Spiaggia di Capo Bianco, kick back and relax at Spiaggia Di Sansone, and then contemplate the long history of Villa of San Martino.

On the 31st (Fri), enjoy the sand and surf at Stabilimento Balneare le Palme and then cool off at V Lounge Beach Club. On your second day here, enjoy the sand and surf at Nuova Pineta Pinetina and then stroll through Mediterranea.
