In many ways the most modern of Italian cities, Milan is a busy, elegant metropolis with an impressive list of grand palaces, fine churches, and important museums.
Kick off your visit on the 26th (Fri): browse the collection at Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Duomo di Milano, and then stroll the grounds of Monumental Cemetery. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 27th (Sat): contemplate the long history of Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Como Cathedral, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Basilica di Sant'Ambrogio, and finally admire the striking features of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.

Often referred to as the gem of the Amalfi Coast, Positano remains one of southern Italy's most sought-after vacation locales, thanks to its hillside location and picturesque, pastel buildings.
Visit Villa Cimbrone Gardens and Villa Rufolo for their historical value. Museum-lovers will get to explore Ravello Arte and Chiesa di San Salvatore de Birecto.
