Multisala Rossini Reviews
Partendo dal fatto che abito a Venezia da 6 mesi, quindi non so a che standard siate abituati, ma questo è davvero il peggior cinema in cui sia stato. 1) Solo 3 sale, solo 3, praticamente le dimension... more »Starting from the fact that I've been living in Venice for 6 months, so I don't know what standard you're used to, but this is really the worst cinema I've been in. 1) Only 3 cinemas, only 3, practically the size of an arthouse cinema; 2) Programming that ends too soon, you can't hear the latest shows start at 9.20pm. I had to make the runs finished work to get on time, crazy considering they know perfectly the times of Venice. 3) Staff neither in uniform, nor polite, but it must be a cultural factor, now I'm giving up that in Venice the standard of kindness is different. 4) Projection of bad quality, I explain: given the recent quality of the image of the films, the cinemas I attended before moving had changed the projectors to avoid that horrible "blurring" that you have when the old projectors project in HD, which clearly the Rossini did not happen and in some scenes there was a strong discomfort in the eyes; 5) Unnumbered places, missing the Middle Ages, you can sit where you want, which in the case of a full room (which I think they have not seen for years given the poor quality of service), could cause huge disturbances; 6) No counter to buy food or drinks, I had to go and get water in the pizzeria at the cut below, where if I had not simulated a Venetian accent I would have paid a bottle of water 2 euros, shameful; 7) Most serious point of all, I had to get up to close the door at the beginning of the film, otherwise the light would remain for the whole screening! But a mask? №? The one who ripped the tickets couldn't at the beginning of the movie come and close the door? Does a customer have to do it? Crazy stuff. SHAME ON YOU
E' già tanto trovare un cinema in una città come Venezia, vero, eppure il multisala Rossini si presenta come un ottimo cinema, capace di soddisfare adulti e piccini con le sue programmazioni. Le pecch... more »It is already so much to find a cinema in a city like Venice, true, yet the Rossini multiplex looks like an excellent cinema, able to satisfy adults and children with its programming. The flaws, however, are two and quite serious: the first is definitely about the cleaning of the cinema, since, I have never found the room clean, especially in my last experience: popcorn everywhere, inverted soft drinks and broken armrests; I know that most of the blame lies with the rude spectators but the cleaning team should make sure that the room is ready to accommodate the spectators in a way at least decent. The second point is the most critical one and concerns the staff. Normally I had always met polite and respectful ticket workers, until yesterday, when, after asking to repeat 2 times the price to be paid, the clerk in question decided well to yell at me rather than turn on the microphone, to then, after pointing out this distraction of hers (which can happen, for goodness sake) she continued to treat me in a respectfully manner until I had the tickets.
Great cinema. Helpful staff. Some films are shown in their original language, which was great for a wet Monday afternoon in Venice
Nice place. English movies on Wednesday. Movie starts exactly on scheduled time, no previews. Bring your snacks, grocery next door.
