  • Palace to visit with human guide that enriches anecdotes and details the human presences of the era Italian history in the splendour of past eras and already from the times with notes of generosity from the noble families towards the highly recommended people

  • I recommend visiting Palazzo Barolo with guided tour, there is no one every hour. Everything is well preserved and the story explained in detail associated with the vision of the 4 original apartments and the beautiful furniture D era will catapulates you in a magical atmosphere. The thing that intrigued us the most was the great and trusting friendship between the family Barolo and Silvio Pellico, as well as the history of the previous owner of the villa, grandfather of the future Barolo.

  • Loved my visit to the Palace. Unfortunately the tour was in Italian (guide also spoke French) but there was a booklet in English available. The Palazzo looks very nice, I understood some parts were reconstructed. The main staircase is the absolute focal point of the Palazzo ... as are the painted ceilings. Dont forget to visit the cellars, also quite interesting.
  • Top experience in Turin - like stepping into another world! A 2 hour guided tour around an incredible building for just 5 Euros. The tour guide was really lovely. We were the only English speakers in the group, so he offered to say everything twice: in Italian, then in English. We insisted Italian was fine (we're trying to learn), so he took the time to speak really slowly to help us, and clarify in English when he saw we didn't quite understand, without making us feel awkward at all. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and really brought the beautiful building to life, and I particularly enjoyed his personal tale of the ghost! The palazzo was just magical: sumptuous room after room, with amazing paintings, decor and history. Absolutely exquisite experience!
