Varied and nice clientele. The perfect address for an aperitif or after dinner in San Donato, alone or in company. Coming here always reminds me of the evenings at the butte aux cailles.

Great variety of wines accompanied by high quality dishes all in a small cozy environment and by the informal sympathy of the owner.
The best that Torino has to offer. Great wine, owner is absolutely fantastic and the patrons are a group of eclectic local folks who define perfectly what it is to be a part of zona San Donato. Simply wonderful.
I confess: days ago I proposed to Giancarlo, bearded innkeeper and sympathetic manager of the drunken cart, to write, under Lauta Paga, a mock review but, with the seriousness that distinguishes it, has promptly refused. For deontological matters, he says. So here I am, in saying what I really think. Months ago, wandering around Turin, looking for a refuge that was not the oppressive and habitual living room, I came across this little emporium of Zona San Donato. If the first impact is what counts, I think he had earned the highest marks after a few seconds: a place cared for, quiet and collected, full of people smiling, friendly and eager to know each other, also thanks to the sharing of some small tables. What do you want more? As the minutes go by I discover the excellent selection of wines and the tasty food it offers (it is not a restaurant!): If of the first I mean little (which helps Giancarlo to give his best in dispensing the right advice), I can instead say that I have tasted with pleasure l And many delicacies proposed and be thrilled. Call to the Ciance: The quality wins with low hands! Boh, after a few months of frequent attendance and always because Giancarl (in) or did not want to pay my silence, I can simply conclude by saying that, from the day I discovered his little treasure, my house has an in more lounge, a few hundred meters, but where there is never a shortage of smiles, chatting and good living. Enough to give him the highest marks and spread the word!
