The guided tours are only the first and third Saturdays of the month, so it is quite difficult to visit as the headquarters of the Polytechnic of Turin. The interior, apart from the hall of honor, with beautiful frescoes on the walls, is rather bare and also a little unkempt. However to be seen as a UNESCO Savoy residence.
Non siamo riusciti a visitare l interno perché è buono degli orari limitatissimi e solo alcune settimane del mese. It looks like a castle, at least if you want to call it, built for the universal exhibition of the late 800s. Wonderful even just the outside
An amazing architectural masterpiece in the center of Turin. UNESCO heritage, it is now property of Polytechnic University of Turin - Department of Architecture and Design. It is possible to visit it only during the opening times to the public. You can check them on the official website (usually first, second and third Saturday of the month). Inside, you can find a small bar and a library.
A well maintained and beautiful piece of architecture. You can walk by the gates and take in the view. However, if you want to go inside, you will have to come on one of the assigned tour days (usually Saturdays). Otherwise, the area is blocked off for students and the university there. Plan accordingly, but also not a huge loss if you miss it. Don’t go out of your way. There are plenty of other things to see if this beautiful city.
