We were there when the actual Mercato was closed, but went upstairs for lunch. Lots of choices and something for everyone! Find a table first, then take turns browsing for your favorite! The leather..... more »
Upstairs eateries make this the BEST place to eat a range of quite inexpensive different foods if you don't want to spend ages in a restaurant. Fantastic freshly made pizzas and fresh pasta dishes from €7. Open all day and evening. Very busy at lunchtime, quieter at dinner. Chose from different outlets, grab a seat and drinks are served to the table.
Would recommend whenever you are in Florence! Very stylish! Collective dining! Great choice of local food and wine! Just you need to go upstairs! :)
