  • This place is not for everybody especially if you are people of colour, they will treat you like criminals walking around their property. Never again!!!!  more »
  • I encountered what can only be described as racism there, by the staff upon signing in. Ask Clayton.  more »

  • We went on the last Wednesday in February. It was a bit snowy so it wasn’t as crowded as it usually is(so I heard). I LOVED everything about this place. It’s a little smaller than the one in whistler but still a great place to unplug. Very clean facility, sweet and attentive staff who were also very professional, great atmosphere and place of relaxation. I don’t really like crowds so we timed it so we wouldn’t be in the middle of spring break or a holiday. We got put on a wait list for only 8 minutes. By the time we were at our car we were asked to come back. No complaints though! Try to come on a snowy day. I found the combination of the therapy and snow amazing! It was beautiful and added an extra winter wonderland feel. Will definitely be coming back!!!
  • Love the idea of this spa - friendly service and good massage. The hot tubs, steam room, saunas and lounges were very nice and relaxing. However for the price you pay they don’t offer much.. no complimentary refreshments (like fruit, tea, snacks, etc) like most spas, and not the greatest finishes as you’d expect (lotion can in huge tub with a pump), less of a high end vibe.
